Reckless Summer Fringe Skirt

Reckless Summer.

Fold over purple waistband. Double layered skirt. Navy and neon yellow stripe. A keyhole cutout at the hip that was cut with intention. Blue and brown fringe falling from the hem to the floor, moving independently of each other with every step.

This skirt was not made for standing still. It was made for the person who walks into a room and changes the energy of it. The fringe creates movement before the body does.
