All sales are final — returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days from delivery. At JJVINTAGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Here are the details of our return policy:
Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for how to ship your items back to us.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package for the full value of the items you are returning.
Once we receive your returned items and verify that they are in new, unworn condition, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange for the item(s) you would like in return.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer free standard shipping within the US for orders over $250. For orders under $250, a flat rate shipping fee of $9 will be applied at checkout. We use UPS as our shipping carrier. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling, and 2-4 business days for delivery.
Expedited shipping option available:1-3 business days for $23.
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be imposed by their local government.
We use a variety of carriers to ship international orders, including DHL and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery.
International shipping rates:
- UPS (5-10 business days) With Tracking: $45 USD

Domestic & International: Our shipping service includes insurance for the value of your package up to $200. This insurance covers your package while it is in the possession of the carrier and protects it against loss or damage.
While we take great care in packaging each item to ensure that it is delivered in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the care of the carrier. Once your package has left it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure its safe delivery.
