In an effort to keep your item(s) in perfect condition, please hand wash in cool water and let it air dry. Dry cleaning is also acceptable.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, I do NOT accept any returns. If there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out to support@shopjjvintage.com and we can discuss further details on getting this handled
If there is an issue with sizing on your order, I will accept an exchange. It will need to be returned to me within 7 business days in the condition it arrived in. I will not be able to provide a return shipping label to you.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, you can file a claim online through the shipping carrier. There is insurance on all packages being shipped out. If your package is stolen, you will not be able to receive a refund.
PLEASE make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Once your order is shipped, I will NOT be able to make any changes to the address and you will have to contact the post office.

Yes, I ship worldwide.
How long will shipping take?
(3-5 business days) All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.
(7-10 business days) All international orders are shipped via UPS Priority.
SIZING
How do I know what size I am?
All of my pieces run pretty true to size, I make sure to have detailed measurements under each listing to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.
If you are unsure of what size you need, please measure your bust/waist.
