 In an effort to keep your item(s) in perfect condition, please hand wash in cool water and let it air dry. Dry cleaning is also acceptable.



Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns. If there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out to and we can discuss further details.

 If there is an issue with sizing on your order, I will accept an exchange depending on what I have in stock. It will need to be returned to me within 7 business days in the condition it arrived in. I will not be able to provide a return shipping label to you.



I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, you can file a claim online through the shipping carrier, I have insurance on all packages being shipped out. If your package is stolen, you will not be able to receive a refund. 

PLEASE make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Once item is shipped, I will not be able to make any changes to the address.

 How long will shipping take?

Depending on what option you selected at checkout, Standard Domestic shipment will take 5-7 business days. Priority Mail Domestic shipment will take 2-3 business days.

 For International shipments, it will take up to 7-14 business days

 Can I request another color if I don’t see it available?

I try my best to pick a range of colors/textures that you all might like. I go based off of my best sellers/favorites. Unfortunately, if the color you want isn’t available, you will have to wait until next month until I upload new colors. I’m always taking feedback on what colors you all want to see more of, so feel free to let me know!

 How long will it take for you to make a custom order?

Every item is handmade by me, so depending on how many custom orders I receive, it will take up to a week to finish, that doesn’t include shipping time.



 How do I know what size I am?

All of my pieces run pretty true to size, I make sure to have detailed measurements under each listing to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

If you are unsure of what size you need, please measure your bust/waist.



JJVINTAGE was founded by designer Jasmine James in November 2019. I’ve always had a passion for thrifting and reworking vintage clothes since I was in college. I began selling vintage rework items in 2015 as a side hustle, which turned into something that I really enjoyed doing in my spare time. My very first rework style that I made in 2015, was a one shoulder crop and bodysuit. That is when the spark of excitement to continue to rework items and create something special came to fruition to where I am today. I moved to New York in 2018 after graduating college and I knew this is where I belonged. My family resides in New York so I knew from a young age that I would be living here one day. I constantly set small goals for myself and wrote out a plan on how I would take JJVINTAGE to the next level. The WHY behind the brand JJVINTAGE is simple, I wanted to recreate clothes in an effort to reduce waste in the environment while still being fashionable. This is why my mission is to recycle, reuse, and repurpose.
